Inspired by nature, the retail interior design was conceived with unique materials, in order to create an environment that transmits well-being and tranquility, with the main objective of making this store a pleasant meeting point for those who already use IQOS, but also for those who are not yet customers but are interested in this modern alternative. This store also includes an area conducive to relaxation, with chill-out design features and decorated with large modular sofas, creating a harmonious space while ensuring a bright and peaceful environment, very comfortable to be in.
In this store, a department dedicated to science was created, where customers can observe and interact for themselves with the differences between the vapor or aerosol released when heating tobacco and the smoke resulting from its burning. This provides customers with an educational and informative experience, allowing them to make an informed decision about using the brand’s products, creating a powerful environment where users can feel and experience the brand.
